I think we can get too tied up at times with the nitty-gritty detail, loosing sight of what's critical and GettingReal is a printed slap in the face that makes this clear. :) <br /><br /> On a completely side note, I thought I'd mention I landed on your blog via your LinkedIn page, which I learned about when I was looking for folks that had PHP or Ruby experience in the area.
