...one of these can eat your passwords for lunch.  The other cannot.

Granted- if you are taking a plugin into your /plugins directory there could be something executing in there anyway so maybe the point is moot.</description>

		<description>Sorry, but vimballs are against all best practices and ethics. Only a madman (or a phd) would use them. The best practice is to distribute vim plugins/etc. as regular zips or tarballs.</description>
